About the project

Watcherr is an AI and SaaS startup offering a health monitoring distress system, where automated alerts are launched to healthcare providers as soon as an irregular health pattern or activity is detected. The system is capable of being used across a variety of industries, such as nursing homes, hospitals, and at home.

We were approached to build their brand, and digital and print presence from the ground up, with a very clear goal in mind: help create a distress system that is clear and easy to use by healthcare providers, to ensure that people in distress get the care they need as quickly as possible.

How we helped

To get started, Watcherr needed modern branding and a website. We designed a versatile logo and created a modern yet serious colour palette that works well for both digital and print.

We then designed and developed a multilingual, responsive website to showcase how the system works and its features and benefits, with the primary goal of the website being to gather sales leads.

To support the website offline, we designed an informative product booklet to hand out at trade fairs and to sales leads, in addition to print ads placed in quality Belgian newspapers. We also created multilingual explainer videos and animated display ads to support and drive sales across all media channels.

A key part of the distress system are their web and mobile apps: two completely separate apps used by different sets of users, but that need to work seamlessly together. We created a thorough UX strategy based on several user flows, and then proceeded to create detailed UI designs for each app.

The result

Before the physical distress system existed, and thanks in part to the branding and app designs, the idea of the system was well communicated and contributed to Watcherr securing funding during several investment rounds, plus winning installation contracts at several well-known nursing homes.

It was amazing to see their UX strategy and design process in action, and to witness our branding, website, apps and videos come to life.
